As part of the Enterprise Enablement team at Praxis Labs, you’ll be at the heart of expanding our learning platform to serve enterprise-grade needs. This includes projects like building tools & features to help enterprises manage the learning journeys for their large employee base, building an insights dashboard to showcase DEI hotspots within their organization, and improving the security and data privacy posture of our applications.
Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build consumer-facing products that enable customer admins to manage and analyze their users at scale and their access to our content & learning platform
  • Build tools that support the integration and onboarding of enterprise customers with 10,000+ learners
  • Build internal tooling that enable our internal Customer Impact team to better self-serve our customers
  • Collaborate w/ the Technical Product Manager & Customer Impact team to prioritize and build features from the enterprise roadmap
  • Contribute to the roll-out of engineering standards (coding, testing, structure) for our systems
  • Establish high standards for code quality, documentation

Impact Opportunities
  • In 1 month, you will have collaborated with the the Technical Program Manager and with members of the Customer Impact team to build & ship features from our enterprise roadmap
  • In 3 months, you will have owned a major project of high complexity
  • In 6 months, you will have contributed to prioritizing the roadmap against current business needs and the needs of our customers

Ideal Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience working as hands-on fullstack engineer contributing to production grade applications
  • Experience working with Ruby on Rails or other MVP frameworks (Django, Flask, ExpressJS)
  • Experience working with React or other similar FE frameworks (Vue, AngularJS)
  • Experience with database design for SQL based databases (PostgreSQL)
