Job Details

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a senior software engineer for non-trivial web applications
• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years experience working with React, Redux, and Redux Saga
• Experience working directly with UI/UX designers and understands the basics of UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop or modify software and/or software systems
• Analyze user needs to determine how software should be built or if existing software should be modified
• Translate business requirements and specifications into usable and scalable software
• Lead design and code reviews
• Participate in discussions about the team’s future vision and strategy
