We’re searching for an experienced software engineer who is looking to build the technology at the heart of a hiring revolution.
You’ll use your experience developing and maintaining large-scale web applications to build features that create opportunities for our truly global workforce.
As a senior software engineer, you’ll demonstrate technical excellence and extraordinary empathy as you architect integrations and bespoke solutions to benefit our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll work on backend, frontend and no-code tools to build new integrations and products
- Working across Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to scope new initiatives
- Exercising technical leadership in design discussions and code reviews
- Building leverage through the teammates you mentor, the code you improve, and the culture you help grow
- Learning every day
What you should bring
- Experience building large-scale web applications in multiple programming languages (we use Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript)
- Experience building customer and vendor-facing APIs
- Familiarity with querying and maintaining modern databases like Postgres, and Redis
- Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Workato, Webflow, etc)
