DebtBook

About DebtBook
DebtBook provides an industry-defining software solution that revolutionizes the way governments, not-for-profits, and their professionals manage debt and leases, empowering them to provide more and better critical services to improve the communities in which we all live. At DebtBook, we dream big, move fast, make an impact, and bring joy to everything we do.

About this Role
The Product & Engineering team is responsible for designing and developing an easy-to-use product that enables finance teams around the country to effectively manage all of their debt and lease obligations. The engineering team partners closely with designers and product owners on the team to help solve problems, deliver new features and build impactful products. We believe the most effective product teams are ones that work extremely collaboratively across the various roles, so in addition to being responsible for the technical success of a new product, engineers are expected to occasionally participate in the design process and product planning exercises. As an early team member, you’ll get a chance to build our engineering culture and influence the architecture of our products.

We strongly emphasize trust, mentorship, and collaboration. We care about building the right thing, the right way, and working well together while we do it. Every member of our team has the freedom and responsibility to make DebtBook a great place to work.
