"ant" test failures in windows

Hi all. Noticed that when I run the jruby test in doze, I get the
following failures:

which surprised me.
Is this expected, and the build tests known to not be windows friendly
yet?

All righty I’ll just assume that they’re not “yet windows friendly” and
file another JIRA.
