$99 and $149 Spartan-3 Kits?

I have been goin through low-cost Spartan-3 FPGA starter kits and I have
found similarity between the one sold by Xilinx through Avnet at $149
and
the one sold by Digilent at $99. Why is difference in the cost??

have helped to give explicit links to the two starter kits you’re
wondering about.
