Almanack Ruby app.time pulled from Google displaying as different time zone

Hi all
A bit new to Ruby.

I am using this:

To create an event calendar, pulling from a Google C…

All works okay:

However, the times being pulled from the Google C. are about 4
hours off…I think this is because it is using this:

http://strftime.net/

To format the time, and that is adopting at UTF time zone.

Is formatting the date information…but I have attempted to adjust
things here and nothing seems to work.

Any insight would be appreciated.
