What could cause this error:

Application errorRails application failed to start properly"

When I load a controller in a browser?

I have created the controller, model, and view; created the database
table,
updated database.yml.

Look in your logs (either rails or apache or whatever webserver you
have). If you can’t find out what’s the problem then, you’d ask
rails-talk [1] google group, as there are more rails people
(obviously)
