Attachment_fu & AWS S3 - EOFError

I get this error every once in a while while uploading a photo.

A EOFError occurred in photos#update:

end of file reached
/usr/local/lib/ruby/1.8/net/protocol.rb:133:in `sysread’

Anyone know why this happens intermittently?
