Can ActionWebService be included in Engine?

Hello, everyone.
I’m newbie to engine developing.

When I generate a scaffold of an engine,

$ script/generate engine FooEngine

there is no directory as ‘vendor/plugins/foo_engine/app/apis’

And, I can’t find
+’/engines/lib/engines/action_web_service_extensions.rb’.

I wonder if ActionWebService feature can be available within Engine?

Since I’ve never need to use ActionWebService, it’s basically untested
and unknown - consider this an excellent opportunity to investigate
how it might work!
