Hi guys,
I’m currently looking into the CMS’s we use at the moment in house with
an
aim to replace them with a Rails / Ruby based system to match our
application stacks (we do 50/50 app / CMS development). At the moment
we’re
using Joomla and a CMS written in ColdFusion.
Question is, I’ve looked at Radiant, Comatose etc and these all seem
very
very simplistic. Is anyone aware of anything out there similar to
systems
such as Joomla? Is there anything out there that doesn’t treat a content
item solely as a page but as something that can be rendered in lots of
different places at once?
Cheers fellas

Not sure what you mean by the last part, but Radiant has snippets that
can be rendered in lots of different places. If you could clarify a bit
more about what you mean, I could help you see if Radiant is similar to
what you need.
Cheers,
Mohit.

+1. Also, Radiant is super-easy to extend with plugins.
