I have no experience in this area, but it seems that the globalize
plugin might be what you’re looking for.

what is it exactly? do you have any document or information?
in fact I prepared the documentation, I mean the characters in
application, I translated all.
I couldn t decide how to create it, how to start, which way is the best,
no idea…

I’m afraid that I won’t be much help beyond that. I remembered
reading something about globalize in Rails Recipes and thought I’d at
least pass along the name. Others may be able to offer more help.

Actually I heard about .po files, Ruby-GetText.
it s very suitable for my situation. if you have any information or
recommendation I will be glad to hear it.
