Cyclic Flowgraphs?

I was just trying to create an adaptive decision level flowgraph (using
GRC) that is based on a feedback technique. I got a runtime error from
GRC complaining that “The graph is not an acyclic graph (It’s got a
loop)”.

Is this a general limitation of GNU Radio, or is it just GRC?
