Flat_out : new gem to create fixed width records

Hi,

I have a requirement to create an 800+ character record layout to export
data to some external agency. After searching for a gem to help me with
this, I ended up creating my own methods, and rolling them out as the
flat_out gem.

  1. This is to announce release 0.0.2 of the gem, in case someone else
    has a similar need.

  2. I am planning to support 2-3 more ways to specify the output format.
    If you have any suggestions or needs, please share. I will be happy to
    work on implementing those.

  3. Any suggestions on simplifying the current syntax would also be
    welcome.
