Hiding Mongrel version from Server Header

Does anybody know of a way to hide the version number from the server
request header that Mongrel serves.

This is what clients currently see:
Server: Mongrel 1.1.3

I would prefer:
Server: Mongrel

for security reasons.

I also want to hide header X-Runtime.
