How do you flag a post as SPAM in this forum?

Good morning,

there is a lot of spam on this forum and I want to follow the recommendation to flag it. But I am unable do identify a control element which should serve this purpose.

So where is it? A button? A symbol?

On the other hand, why do I have to flag a post, when a bunch of evident SPAM hits you anyway in the face, when you open any sub-section?

You click the three dot ellipsis next to the Reply button of a post, then click the flag icon, then click the “It’s spam” radio button.

It is awfully unfortunate that there don’t seem to be any moderators or admins on this forum. I am looking for a Ruby community other than Reddit, and something that isn’t Discord chat.

Thank you, but in my browsers, there does not appear such dot ellipsis. This concerns at least Qutebrowser and Min.
