How to buy usrp

Hi, Matt & Eric.

 I am a student in Beijing China,  and  I want to buy some usrp

boards
from your company, but the link http://www.ettus.com/ seems unreachable,

Is it convinent to send your products by mailing (I mean is there some
policy limitions for mailing the boards? Had you ever sold usrp abroad?
)

The site was down for a little while yesterday, but is back up, so
please try again. It also seems that people in China often have trouble
reaching it, but that changes from time to time.

We ship by UPS all over the world.
