Improper JRuby 1.1.3 at Maven2 central repository

JRuby 1.1.3 at http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/jruby/jruby/1.1.3/
doesn’t seem to contain all needed files for a valid artifact, only the
.jar
file (i.e. no POM, hash, etc.)

Please deploy JRuby 1.1.3 for Maven2, thank you.

There is a bug filed for this:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-2876

But it doesn’t seem to be fixed (yet).
