Issues with fibers on Windows

I have this outstanding issue.
 
 
 
My production JRuby at this point is
 
$ jruby -v
jruby 1.6.8.dev (ruby-1.9.2-p312) (2012-05-14 734662f) (Java HotSpot(TM) ClientVM 1.6.0_32) [Windows Server 2008-x86-java]
 
 
What released versions of JRuby should be working with fibers on windows?
 
Is there any work on fixing this?
