JRubyConf 2011, August 3-5, Washington D.C

Hi folks! I know this may be a bit late notice, but I wasn’t sure if
we’d ever announced JRubyConf on the list. Here goes!

It’s going to be in about 2.5 weeks, August 3-5 in Washington, D.C.
We’ve got a beautiful venue and a whisky event planned on top of a
really excellent set of speakers, so it should be a great event. And
it’s only $199, thanks to support from Engine Y. and EdgeCase.

I’ve blogged a bit about the past year for JRuby and
categorized/summarized the talks we’ve got lined up so far.

We’d really love to see all of you there. It’s going to be even better
than last year, with lots of practical talks across dev domains, and
most of the current JRuby core team will be on hand to answer
questions and help out with any issues you’re having. If you haven’t
registered already, please do! If you’ve never been to JRubyConf
before, you have to go! We want a good showing for our first
standalone conference, and we need you there to do it!
