ServerHub 2.0 is looking to start a development team of
engineers to develop the next generation of Cloud, Virtualization &
Bare metal technologies. Our mission is innovate the way
infrastructure-as-service model runs by simplifying the hosting
experience. Knowledge is required in the distributed systems,
virtualization, networking, storage, and building a friendly user
experience. You will work in a startup environment and be apart of a
small team environment.As a engineer of IaaS ServerHub
Team, the successful candidate will be involved primarily in designing
and implementing Cloud, Virtualization & Baremetal management
systems for our clients. You will be responsible for developing REST
APIs, building a virtualization panel using LibVirt (replacement for
SolusVM, Onapp), implementing distributed systems, and scalable network
storages. You will be responsible for creating the next generation
technology that delivers scalability, flexibility, simplicity, and
superior performance.

What you’ll be doing:
Design, build and deploy new features for our next generation
HubGrid
platform
Build & maintain Virtualization (replacement for SolusVM, Onapp) &
Baremetal management system for clients (eg. Utilize libvirt to
implement features like Snapshots ,create, destroy, and resize
servers ,etc.)
Develop a Billing platform for next generation HubGrid
Write clean, secure, and unit tested code
What We Expect You To Know:
Expertise with one of the following languages (Ruby, Python, Go,
C/C++)
Understanding of Virtualization, specifically OpenVZ
(libvirt)Expertise of Linux OS (kernel, processes, tracing,
monitoring)
Networking knowledge and understanding of network theory, such as
different protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, etc), MAC addresses,
iPv4/IPv6 addressing, DNS, and load balancing)
Knowledge of automation, most preferably Ansible
Understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript & Bootstrap framework
Developing & implementing REST API Services
Bonus Points:
Experience with High Availability tools (i.e. Corosync, Pacemaker,
keepalived, HAProxy)
Experience with OpenStackExperience with Dockers
