Hello everyone!
I’m a developer and currently a PhD student,. The thesis I’m currently writing is on how aesthetics are influencing our understanding(s) of source code.
Right now, I’m doing a comparative analyses to see whether or not there are programming languages that are “inherently more beautiful than others”. In order to define what that even means, I’m looking for code that is considered beautiful within different programming communities (here I am!). So hence the question:
What is/are the most beautiful ruby code you’ve encountered? (bonus: why?)
