Hello, saw this logged in the error log in our NginxPlus (nginx/1.7.11
(nginx-plus-extras-r6-p1) load balancer. Any ideas?

This message suggests there is a bug somewhere. In particular, if
you use 3rd party modules (“extras” suggests this may be the
case), it may be a bug in a 3rd party module. The message should
contain additional information to help to identify the request
triggered the bug.

Also, as you are using nginx-plus, you may want to contact
technical support.
