Problem GNU Radio Packet receiver

I had a problem to the receiver using GNU Radio.
I am trying to receive the packet using a product called ax2150 in Gomspace and USRP.
Linux Com(GNU Radio) - USRP - AX2150
The GNU Radio block is configured by referring to the following link, but data cannot be received.

Can I ask you for advice on what’s wrong with the block I made?

Did you ever get this working? I’m trying to implement a gnu radio solution for the same transceiver.
