Programming a game

Hello,

I need your help. For university we have to programme the game
“sudoku”.And we don´t know how to start. Has anyone done this yet?Or can
you tell me where I should start- or farer what loops I need, which
arrays and so on. I feel so helpless right now. And I don´t find
something about it on the internet, only for Java - but I need Ruby.
