RadRails Mongrel Error

I added mongrel server for my app(which is on edge rails) in RadRails.
When
I start Mongrel, I get following error

-e:3:in `load’: no such file to load – mongrel_rails (LoadError)
from -e:3

Webrick works fine in RadRails. Also on command prompt with ‘ruby
script/server’, I am able to start Mongrel server

Why this error is coming in RadRails?

What is the solution?

Put mongrel_rails in your path I guess. If you’re on *nix, try typing
which mongrel_rails in your console.

did you specify the path to mongrel_rails (in the ruby /bin subdir) in
RadRails Config ?
