I did not intend to create a brouhaha about this. I appreciate Matt’s
flexibility in this matter, but I suspect that providing an alternate
configuration would not be a good use of his valuable time and effort.
I had seen his earlier posting on this matter and simply wanted to give
feedback from my (perhaps) peculiar perspective.
Personally I would definitely prefer to work out my difficulties without
giving up any capabilities. I don’t want to sit around saying to myself
‘If I hadn’t been so cheap, I could do X…’. I don’t want to see
myself or this project in a cul-de-sac due to insufficient resources.
