I have published a tarball of GNU Radio release 3.4.0 on gnuradio.org.

This includes a lot of changes, but probably most importantly, it
contains
support for the Ettus UHD interface.
We have already said this, but to be clear, we are deprecating libusrp
and
libusrp2 and all examples using these libraries will be going away from
GNU
Radio in the next release. We are migrating all of our examples to using
the
UHD.
