ROXML encoding

Hello,
I am facing a problem with ROXML. National characters are not well
generated on output. Maybe some problem with encoding. Can you help me?
Output looks like this:

0
Ã…Â½lutÃƒÂ½ kÃ…Â¯Ã…Âˆ

Correct output should be:

0
Å½lutÃ½ kÅ¯ÅˆÂˆ
