Script tag in sidebar static

I upgraded from typo 3.99.1 to 3.99.3, and now it seems that I can’t put
a
script tag like this into a static sidebar:

Is that a feature or a bug?

There was a bug somewhere in that timeframe that broke HTML in static
sidebars. I don’t remember if it was in .3 or not. I’ll try to roll
a .4 tonight.
