Hi everyone,

Can you give me some ideas to recruit Software Developers with Ruby on
Rails experience without paying huge amounts to post on sites? They
don’t always work. We have one position in Walla Walla Washington and
one here in Bend Oregon.

Any help anyone can give me would be really appreciated!
