This Rails Hosting Rate at $1 is too good to trust

I was surprised to see this Rails Hosting Rates, without any setup
charges.

Its $1 for 1 month.

I dont think, this can be true. Its too good to trust such rates.

Just expecting to know, what other feel here.

it’s a very limited plan. if your app gets
famous then you will need more resources,
that’s when they expect to profit.
