Translating MRI Guides!

Hello Hashimoto-san!

I was wondering if you were interested in translating the guides in
MRI trunk, located under ./doc/*.rdoc, mainly interested in these:

doc/syntax
doc/standard_library
doc/security

I will be working on a few more, but I’d love to see some doc/*.ja.rdoc
guides!

Oh, I’m surprised! I’m interested in translating above documents to
Japanese. I try to translate!

Not a problem! I will actually be in Japan during that time, so maybe
we can work on them together sometime!
