Version 3.3 is not in Synaptic, yet. You’ll have to install it from the
tarball or from git (you should remove 3.2.2 using Synaptic first,
though).

installed packages that would otherwise interfere, and installs the
latest
UHD and Gnu Radio from GIT, along with prerequisites, and firmware
host-side installation.
