I live in Brazil, in most parts we dont have a high speed internet, i
download lots torrents and its a pain >.< take some time, some take
weeks to download >.>
My idea is a webserver to download torrents and than download the files
from the server when finish, so this way dont gonna have problems with
firewalls blocking the ports, leaving the pc running, low upload speed
and so… Of couse the service gonna be paid, unmetered network cost
some money >.<
Later the service can be expanded to more networks (Gnutela,…)

Although don’t you then have to download the files from your webserver
over the same slow connection?
Apart from that sounds like an absolute nightmare from the point of
view of liability.

Good idea? Not a good idea?
I’m not sure this would be an effective solution. The advantage of
torrents is that it distributes the download across multiple hosts.
As Fred indicated, from a legal standpoint, this is a very, very
dangerous idea - guaranteed to be sued by everybody.

Fred
the main problem is the upload speed, my upload speed is very low so
some programs limit my download speed because im not seeding like im
downloading and torrent download is kind unstable, some times max speed,
sometimes 1k, from a server you gonna have a garanted speed to download.
I dont know, was just a brainstorm idea
