The job
We are looking for a talented FullStack Developer and expert on Ruby on
Rails and Javascript. The selected person will have the opportunity of
being part in the high-quality Software Team in Barcelona. Moreover,
he/she will also work hand to hand with the RoR Team in the USA
collaborating with the architecture, analysis and developing of the own
product of the company.
The RoR Software Engineer, will also work in the creation of an API,
from zero, created by Node.Js. Being in the Web environment means that
the selected person will also work with technologies like Javascript,
Angular.Js, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
Although we have a SysAdmin Team, we would appreciate a person with DDBB
knowledge working with MySQL and MongoDB. This work will always be in
Amazon environment with AWS.
We want a person with the capability to achieve an excellent
satisfaction of our clients with our development creating new ideas in
Web Apps highly functional and usable.
We have a creative team, highly qualified and capable for doing the best
practices. We want someone who could bring an extra value to our team.
Your profile
The Ruby on Rails Software Engineer needs:
Advanced English
Computer Engineering or similar
Experience developing high-quality Software
High experience developing Ruby on Rails
High experience developing FrontEnd on Javascript (Angular.Js), HTML,
CSS and Bootstrap
High knowledge on Node.Js
Experience leading Apps development (Architecture, Development and
Testing)
Person proud of his code and ready to show it in GitHub, Launchpad,
BitBucket, etc.
Ability to make technical decisions of architecture
High communication skills and teamwork.
Will be a plus:
Experience working on Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
Having worked on an API
Having worked with Frameworks of Javascript MVC
Experience on Open Source Projects
