I’ve unpacked jruby-1.5.6, installed some gems but I don’t want to
install ri and rdoc by default.
So I’m seaching for gemrc file but I’ve not found it.
I believe you just put a .gemrc file in your home directory. On
Windows,
that would probably be whatever you set %HOME% to, or likely C:\Docs and
Settings<Username>.gemrc. On OS X, Linux, etc., either
/home//.gemrc or /Users//.gemrc
