Where is gemrc?

I’ve unpacked jruby-1.5.6, installed some gems but I don’t want to
install ri and rdoc by default.
So I’m seaching for gemrc file but I’ve not found it.

I believe you just put a .gemrc file in your home directory. On
Windows,
that would probably be whatever you set %HOME% to, or likely C:\Docs and
Settings<Username>.gemrc. On OS X, Linux, etc., either
/home//.gemrc or /Users//.gemrc

Take a look at this document for a more detailed explanation:
http://docs.rubygems.org/read/chapter/11

Inside you .gemrc enter the following

I don’t have one under my home folder, I’ve created it and put gem:
–no-rdoc --no-ri.
