Is there a page on the JRuby website that contains the JRuby licences?
It would be convenient to be able to link to it.
At the moment the only place I can find the licence is in a file called
COPYING in the JRuby source .zip file. Not everyone will have this, or
take the trouble to look for it.

I have no idea where it is on the website, but you can always link to
the version on GitHub, which is located at
JRuby is Copyright (c) 2007-2018 The JRuby project, and is released
under a tri EPL/GPL/LGPL license. You can use it, redistribute it
and/or modify it under the terms of the:
Eclipse Public License version 2.0
OR
GNU General Public License version 2
OR
GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1
jnr-posix (https://github.com/jnr/jnr-posix),
jruby-openssl (https://github.com/jruby/jruby-openssl),
jruby-readline (https://github.com/jruby/jruby-readline),
yydebug (https://github.com/jruby/jay-yydebug/)
are released under the same copyright/license.
Some additional libraries distributed with JRuby are not covered by
JRuby's licence. Most of these libraries and their licenses are listed
below. Also see LICENSE.RUBY for most files found in lib/ruby/stdlib.
